Aysia Allen

Aysia Allen is the Co-Founder/Owner and Clinical Operations Director of CTEC. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), has a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration of children and family dynamics from The University of NC at Charlotte (UNCC). She has been licensed for about 15 years and has always had a passion to empower people to be self-confident and self-compassionate.

She has experience in a variety of settings to address mental health and substance use concerns. She is also a Masters Addictions Counselor (MAC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She is ‘Triple P’ certified with the desire to support children and adolescents by coaching parents. Aysia has also worked in the mental health field for over a decade and has not lost her desire to serve. She has experience in outpatient settings, community mental health programs, residential treatment facilities (Level III & IV), day treatment and foster care programs, all providing therapeutic services to at risk children and families. She has provided individual, group, and family therapy. Aysia has enjoyed her work in the mental health field and has continued to be intentional about working closely with community partners to assist vulnerable populations. Aysia is passionate about helping others to heal from past trauma and embrace life with a healthy perspective daily. Aysia inspires individuals at all stages of development to persevere even at their perceived lowest point mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Aysia’s primary areas of interest include self- esteem improvement, work- life balance, depression, anxiety, grief /loss, and life transitional adjustments with women ages 18 and up.

Aysia is an Approved Clinical Supervisor and has spent time educating and training provisional professionals to assist them to become competent in the Mental Health field. She oversees all clinical aspects of CTEC, inclusive of providing clinical services, training and education to professionals and community partners about Trauma Competency and Mental Wellness.

William Allen Jr.

William Allen Jr. is the Co-Founder/Owner and Operations Director of Cedar Tree Empowerment Center (CTEC). He oversees the day to day operations of CTEC, ensuring that the best quality of treatment, services and practices are utilized in all daily operations. He supports CTEC’s administrative functions to ensure that each wellness partner is provided the most efficient care.

Will is also a personal trainer and owns a personal training company. He maintains three Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certifications. He incorporates safe physical fitness activities and focuses on healthy nutrition with his clients. He enjoys helping people become healthy physically, mentally and spiritually. He earned his degree in Leadership and Ministry at Grace Christian University 7 years ago and is a youth mentor to male adolescents and young adults. He is currently a Behavioral Specialist within the NC school system.
