Jessica Cratch is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who specializes in helping children, adolescents and young adults. Jessica is passionate about serving individuals who may be struggling with stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, school, family/ peer relationships and life transitions. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Psychology from Winston-Salem State University. With a passion to help, nurture and provide mental health to children, adolescents & young adults she decided to pursue higher education in the Mental Health field. Jessica received a Master of Science Degree in School Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. She has had the pleasure of working as a School Counselor for over 5 years serving children & adolescents. She utilizes several therapeutic approaches to therapy that focus on helping individuals to embrace their present life with grace, set realistic goals and change any negative thinking such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. Her Wellness Partners will learn to find healthy ways to cope, dispute unhealthy thinking, irrational beliefs and reduce stress and anxiety issues. For families interested in integrating Christian faith principles/values with your customized mental health treatment plan, Jessica is happy to do so! She understands the significance of faith and mental health.
When Jessica is not serving her Wellness Partners, she is dancing in her living room with her 2 daughters Ella & Makena, binge watching tv shows and spending time with her husband.
