In this group women will connect, grow, hold one another accountable to the standards of an Ex-Worry Queen. We will continue to eliminate core symptoms of anxiety, worry, stress, and even depression. This space is not just a venting session, but you will be able to release AND receive by connecting with women who understand how you feel. Everyone is encouraged to set personal goals and use the group’s support while achieving them. This group fosters a non-judgmental, caring environment to help you sense the joy and peace that you desire as an “Ex-Worry Queen”. Come on in Queens!
